Rules!
Attitude- ACF IS A FAMILY! You will treat each ACF member and coaches with respect. If we hear of any confrontation, there will be consequences. If we see any confrontation, the select few members will be removed from practice. If we see anything again from the same member, you will be removed from team for the season. We will respect and motivate each other.
At a competition you will treat other teams with respect. We want to do our best, and all the while support and encourage other teams as well.  Our team was nominated for the friendliest team at a Spirit Celebration Competition. We will wish good luck and congrats to all other teams.
We will not ask you to do or attempt any skill we do not believe you are able to do safely. When a coach asks you to attempt a skill it is simply because they “know” that you have acquired that skill.  THERE IS NO TRY! So just do it…
Competitions- While at a competition you are representing ACF at all times, you WILL be on your best behavior while there. If you chose to remove your uniform after performance you may, however you will put on black shorts and an ACF shirt/sports bra, NOTHING else. When it is time for awards, you will have on your full uniform. All members MUST stay for awards.
Absences- During the summer, we understand you will have vacations. We will be lenient on absences during summer; don’t just miss practice because you don’t want to be there that day. We will keep track of who is and is not there at all times. The ones that are there more often will take better positions in the routine, regardless of skill. Once school starts back we will keep track of absences. More than 3 un-excused absences and you will be removed from the team. Family emergencies or throwing up sick and contagious are excused. That’s about it. If you are sick, still come, you can sit and watch.
If you have plans, notify us at least 24 hours in advanced for it to be excused.

Illness / Injury- If you are not contagious, you can be at practice. If you are hurt, do what you must to get well. If you cannot practice, then be here and watch
